Fire Pro's Product Line includes our patented FR Tape Edge Sewing Threads. Our FR Tape Edge Sewing Thread has many of the features of our other products and has the added benefit of custom color selection. The Tape Edge Sewing Threads are available in standard gold and white. However, Fire Pro will custom match our clients' custom colors upon request. At Fire Pro, we make it a point to meet the needs of our manufacturing partners!
Like other Fire Pro products, the Tape Edge Sewing Thread meets CPSC 16 CFR PART 1633 standards. Meeting the standards of the CPSC insures the tape edging seam will not rupture. If the tape edging seam were to rupture, then the highly flammable materials of the mattress interior would become exposed to heat and fire. Fire Pro's Tape Edge Sewing Threads helps manufacturers prevent this hazard!
